• Ladies Spring Tea

    The Ladies of Shepherd of the Hills are cordially invited to a Spring Tea on Saturday, April 26 at 1pm in the Parish Hall.


    Light refreshments and tea will be served. Women of all ages welcome; this is a multi-generational occasion! Fancy hats and dress encouraged, and we will have hats available, if needed. Suggested donation of $5 per person which includes tea and light refreshments. There will also be baked goods available for purchase to enjoy at the tea or to bring home. Proceeds from the bake sale will help support Shepherd's Young Adult Volunteers serving at the National Youth Gathering.

Holy Week

From Palm Sunday through Easter, Holy Week is a precious time to ponder what Jesus has done for us and for His whole creation. On Holy Thursday, the hands of our Lord Jesus love and care for all as He humbly washes feet and blesses bread and wine, instituting the Lord’s Supper. On that awe-full Good Friday, He stretches His hands on the cross and sacrifices His life to rescue the world. On the Sabbath day, Jesus’ hands that rested after the completion of creation now rest in the tomb; the work of redemption is done. And best of all, a new day of creation comes on Sunday: Jesus’ hands are triumphantly raised at His resurrection! Alleluia!

Join us Easter morning as we transform our Parish Hall into a fun Easter Experience where families can celebrate our risen Lord through games, crafts, and connecting with other families. Invite your friends & neighbors to jump in at anytime or stay the whole hour. Geared toward families with young children although everyone is welcome to stop by.

Missionary of the Month

Sharron Wilen | Son & Reins Ranch | Franktown, CO

Missionary Sharron Wilen is the founder of The Son & Reins Ranch, an Equine-Accredited-Learning ministry in Franktown, CO. This ranch provides support and encouragement to those who are hurting for any reason, developing trusting relationships with them as they learn about the love of Jesus. God allows the rescued abused horses to be part of His ministry at Son and Reins, to bring about effective change in the lives of attendees as well as workers.
