    January 12

    Come celebrate the Epiphany with us at Lava Lava Island on January 12 from 2-4pm! 


    This incredible venue is perfect for all ages, offering fun and excitement for toddlers, adults, and everyone in between. Run, play, jump, slide, and explore together as a family! We will cover the cost  for all children between 1 and 10 years old and one parent per family. Additional family members can join for $12 per hour or $20 per day. Each child is encouraged to bring a gift for a child in need as their gift to Jesus.

  • SHYP LOCK in

    January 19-20

    SHYP is having a Lock-In on January 19-20,  4pm-7am. Cost is $20.
    SHYP (9th-12th graders) join us for a lock-in at Shepherd as we go to an escape room, play games, spend time with one another and plan for our winter retreat! Meet in Parish Hall. Dinner/snacks/drinks are included. If you plan on sleeping bring a blanket/sleeping bag and pillow. High School friends are welcome. RSVP to Sina by Thursday, January 16.

Missionary of the Month

Rev. Dr. Jonathan and Deaconess Cheryl Nauman


The Rev. Dr. Jonathan and Deaconess Cheryl Naumann serve the Lord through the LCMS as missionaries in the Dominican Republic. As the Latin America and Caribbean regional chaplain, Jonathan provides pastoral care to LCMS missionary families in over 10 countries. He also teaches future Latin American pastors at the seminary in the DR. Cheryl administers the Dominican Republic Mercy Center, teaching women to share the Gospel and to carry out acts of mercy. She also assists with the diaconal work in mission congregations and facilitates the Spanish translation and distribution of Lutheran resources to LCMS missionaries and churches.
